Return and Exchange Policy

At Week Best Offers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, purchased products may be returned or exchanged within a specified period under the following conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

The right of return can only be exercised if:

• The product is intact, undamaged, and unused
• The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories
• The specified time limits are observed

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons
• Products that have been custom-made to the customer’s specifications
• Perishable goods or goods with a rapidly expiring shelf life

4. Exchange Procedure

An exchange is possible within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided the product meets the integrity requirements listed above. The exchange may involve size or color changes or equivalent items, depending on availability.

5. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be made within a reasonable period, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the user bears the direct costs of return shipping. In the case of a faulty or incorrect product, the seller bears the return shipping costs.
